The dissemination part focuses on bringing the information collected in the Research and Analysis activity to all stakeholders and targeting the information specifically for each stakeholder group. Moreover it focuses on improving coordination between the different stakeholder groups.
Dissemination and communication activities are mutually connected and interrelated to make of STREAM a platform where the identification of research priorities is coupled with initiatives facilitating their comprehension and uptake. The platform has also the function of highlighting the policy gaps and providing the framework for concrete adoption scenarios to European-wide stakeholders.
1. On the one hand the web-based platform showcasing information and documentation on water technologies, water-environmental issues organised in such a way to match needs of different stakeholders and at same time to raise interest within less specialised audiences as well. The platform will also host the interactive tools (like audiovisuals and webinars) envisaged in the project development.
2. On the other hand, the series of policy seminars, e-learning courses and summer schools meant to spread added value information about high-potential technologies with the potentiality to impact on policy development and future research and to facilitate the up-take of technologies from the industry/SMEs side.
